The website is simple to understand and it's easy to complete the purchase, with only one extra page with other products suggestions and then it's pretty straightforward. Shipping and delivery on time, absolutely no problems with packaging and condition of the product when it was received. It works pretty well too, no problems whatsoever.
3. Responsible Customer Service

It took a couple days for them to send tracking info, I'm used to a more automated process, I suppose. Still, it shipped the same day and arrived on schedule. FedEx isn't my favorite, as UPS usually delivers earlier in the day (by 10am) compared to FedEx, which delivered at around 1pm. The best part is that the Acer Aspire 1683LMi battery works just like it should. My laptop will soon get a spare part, as I'll buy another - that's another bit here. The price was fantastic. I paid for 2-day shipping and still got a replacement Acer Aspire 1683LMi battery. No complaints at all, and I will buy from them again when I go to order a spare parts, and will refer anybody who needs a laptop accessories to them as a result of the good experience. Thanks!
4. Flaw but Good Service, Really Brilliant

Delivery speed was excellent. Order accuracy was poor. They sent me the wrong Acer Aspire 1683LMi laptop battery, due to problems with their assignment of SKU numbers. The SKU number that was supposed to be associated with what I ordered actually had been affixed to boxes of a different battery type in their stockroom. Customer service was able to verify that this was the problem within 24 hours of being called. They sent the correct Acer Aspire 1683LMi battery and a postage-paid envelope to return the wrong one.
