I ordered an Acer Aspire One Pro 531h-1G25Bk battery for my son"s laptop. It is a hard-to-find product. I did not find these at all stores, so it has been difficult finding a compatible battery. I did an online search, and Brilliant Store popped up. I had never used this store before, but I have to say that this was one of the best online shopping experiences I have ever had. Not only did I save about $50, but the order arrived much faster than I anticipated. Also, the order confirmation was immediate and complete. I have had a laptop for about one year and suddenly, without warning the system went dead right in the middle of some important processing. I had been, and usually do operate with full A/C power for which I use the supplied A/C adapter and battery charger so was amazed to see that the battery power indicator showed that the battery was completely exhausted. After some playing, I suspected that the charger was defunct and searched the internet for a replacement. After much searching I found that prices for replacements had a huge range with some costing over $100. I located the Brilliantstore site and was very pleasantly surprised to see its amazing low cost for the identical functional Acer Aspire One Pro 531h-1G25Bk battery chargerspecifically specified to replace the old equipment that I had been using. I ordered it and the charger replacement was delivered on time and functioned as described. As noted the price was significantly less than any other site searched so I actually bought two of them so that one of them could serve as a future backup replacement. So far the charger has functioned perfectly (has been used 8 days). I am thoroughly satisfied with this product and the shopping experience.

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.

I received my Acer Aspire One Pro 531h-1G25Bk battery quickly, they didn't have a ton of pop-ups on the website or follow-up junk mail, and check-out was easy. Besides, I found the best price from this company and had fast shipping. Product was as described and I received it as explained from USPS. The product was low cost and so I expected a cheap working product.
