1. Flaw but Good Reception

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

This turned out to be a great replacement battery for my Acer Aspire 1400. I was somewhat apprehensive since I've seen so many different kinds of replacements at all sorts of prices. The battery works great....LOVE IT!

Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn't work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.
