Brilliantstore is not just a place to buy computer parts. I ordered some camera accessories last Monday night. Everything was shipped out the very next day and arrived three days later. Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
