1. Much More Reliable Store than Others

I"ve been shopping on-line for close to fifteen years now. My search for a computer part had included the usual suspects, but somehow " PriceGrabber.com " popped up and blew every price out of the water and the part was in stock. So that was how I met brilliantstore.com. This was so easy, quick and professional that I was in shock and pensive that something would surely go wrong. I am so very impressed with the Brilliantstore that I"ll consult them on EVERY buy. The Brilliantstore raises the on-line buying "bar" far above what the sleeping giants like newegg only makes believe they can do.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

This website has a very good user interface; they also have a variety of products to all my needs and always at the best price. That fact alone this site is very good. Delivery time is also very fast. Only despite I have is about their automated telephone answering.
