1. Pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics

Overall, this website has been a pretty nice merchant for computer and electronics merchandise. They usually have the best prices, the reviews are helpful, and the shipping speed is quick. That"s totally what a customer wants from a seller.
2. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.

Ordering was VERY EASY. I made a mistake on my e-mail address and (oddly enough) I still got their confirmation e-mail. As soon as I noticed my error I contacted them and they fixed my error and sent me an updated e-mail. My order arrived MUCH faster than I anticipated - Thank You!!! Excellent Experience!!!!
4. Fairly Good as Online Merchant

Pretty standard as far as online merchants go. They shipped the correct item, and it got here just fine. I wish they would all give you the shipping and tax rates before you enter in all your account information. It's harder to bargain shop when you have to fill out so many forms to see what the BOTTOM LINE price is going to be. For this seller, the point is item arrived on time and in excellent working condition.
5. laptop battery

Firstly the service was excellent with a very rapid delivery. I did however have a problem with the battery. It seemed to charge OK but in fact seemed to hold no charge at all. I though at one time I had accidentally got it swapped with the old one. After a few days and several boots with the power cable obviously it then seemed to start holding a charge. I presume this is not abnormal and so a little warning of these sorts of issues would have been appreciated. Having said all that I still made a substantial saving over the rip-off prices charged here in the UK. Cheers Les
