This was my first time placing an order on Brilliantstore. I thought it gave me all the options I needed to know. The descriptions and details of the product were great. I received item free shipping. Price was awesome. For sure I will buy from them again.
2. Flaw but Good Price

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.

Price isn't so bad a little lower then elsewhere.
Shipping was fast and battery arrived unscathed and works perfectly fine.

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !

I have ordered all the parts to build my first computer here. Great prices, fast shipping, and a user friendly web site made planning and buying my system a breeze. All the correct parts arrived when they were supposed to. When FedEx ruined several pieces during the delivery process, brilliantstore's customer service department bent over backwards to help me replace them at no extra cost to me. A replacement also came damaged by FedEx and they shipped THAT replacement to me overnight with no shipping charge. As you can tell, I'm impressed with them and their customer service department. (NOT FedEx!!) I will definitely shop there again and recommend them to my fellow "geeks".
