I started shopping there couple years ago and I feel that I should help those guys by writing a review. It is not that I was asked. I"m doing it because of their great service. I shopped at brilliantstore com at least five times and I have not had a bad experience once. If you live close to LA, don"t ever pick 3day, 2day or next day shipping because if they ship with UPS, you will get your items the next day, so always look for the ground/free shipping.

2. Better than I expected

I have purchased this Acer Travelmate 3240 battery a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. Battery run time is about 3 hours and I really love how Brilliant Store included battery charging tip with my battery. There is a lot of information regarding the correct way to charge a laptop battery that I didn't even know. Thanks!

This store has fantastic products and fantastic prices. I have become, over the years, very happy with the customer service as well. I don't think there is any other organization with better customer service. And few times that there have been issues I received excellent customer service; I will continue to buy products from them and recommend them to others.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
