1. Flaw but Good Service

While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. I am extremely pleased with the response time and the level of customer service. Order was at my house within 48 hours. Thank you!

Ordering was VERY EASY. I made a mistake on my e-mail address and (oddly enough) I still got their confirmation e-mail. As soon as I noticed my error I contacted them and they fixed my error and sent me an updated e-mail. My order arrived MUCH faster than I anticipated - Thank You!!! Excellent Experience!!!!

Before I selected a product, I contacted several companies including Acer where my laptop was manufactured about the differences among 3 cell, 6 cell and 9 cell battery products. This company was the only company that e-mailed me back with a comprehensive review. That is why I bought the product from this company and the product is working out exactly in the manner that I was explained. I was happy to impress my son on the choice of this product all on my own without his input, thanks to this company's customer care.

I have just purchased this Dekcell-BL-5725H-WHITE battery for my Acer Aspire One ZG5 and are really happy with this purchase. The best thing about this battery is that it last longer than the original battery plus it elevates your laptop at a angle so it is easier to type plus as a added bonus your laptop doesnt overheat because it allows air flow under the laptop. The only thing I dont care for to much about this battery is that it is kinda heavy compared to the standard battery. Overall Im really pleased with this purchase and will continue to do more business with Brilliant Store!
