1. Excellent Service and Good Price

I have placed multiple orders with brilliantstore and have yet to have a single problem. Communications is great, shipping is fast and prices are super! The one thing that really stood for me with this company is that their shopping process is no BS (no point intended). In less than one minute, I was done with the checkout. Shipping was fast and the battery works great. Been using it for about a month now and so far so good. I'll be back!!

4. Flaw but Good Service

After ordering the parts for a new computer to my APO address (Afghanistan), one item that was "free with purchase" didn't appear on my invoice. Without a long wait and with zero hassle my customer service rep. Anyway they have fixed the issue and sent the extra part out at no additional cost.

I started shopping there couple years ago and I feel that I should help those guys by writing a review. It is not that I was asked. I'm doing it because of their great service. I shopped at brilliantstore com at least five times and I have not had a bad experience once. If you live close to LA, don't ever pick 3day, 2day or next day shipping because if they ship with UPS, you will get your items the next day, so always look for the ground/free shipping.
