1. Perfect.

Busted my keyboard dropped food and liquids on it and needed a new keyboard. Brilliant store came through. The keyboard is great and all but, I am unsure of how to install this on a notebook. Had to take it to electronics store and let the computer guys install it for me wasn't cheap but much cheaper then buying a new notebook.

Quality replacement keyboard for an Acer laptop. Perfect fit, ribbon cable length and placement to the original. Great tactile feel for touch typing. Very inexpensive compared to other replacement keyboards for the Aspire 3000.

Good resouces for an immediate need; however, I rate you as Above Avg due to two days delay since the order placement of Acer keyboard (it should be 5 days instead of 7 actual date of Product arrival).

4. Keyboard is wrong part for my Acer

The keyboard I received is not the correct part for my Acer Aspire 5610. I have contacted customer service but am not receiving prompt service or an RAM number. There is also no part # on the keyboard i received.
