I bought this around a week ago off brilliantstore website. The laptop is a direct replacement of the OEM version. The price is a really big difference from the OEM so I would recommend this one to anyone who has the same laptop. keyboards are not easy to install no matter what anyone says. It takes alot of work to disassemble a keyboard because your taking everything out from the bottom. Disconnecting screws and wires here and there. These do not come with instructions on how to do so, so my best guess would go to the alienware main website and go under support. There is many helpful hints and guides to walk you threw what ever your needs are for the products you have. BrilliantStore did provide a great price for this product. At least $45 off oem prices.
