This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore"s price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn"t believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

i was surprised when i saw Brilliant Store has this battery - i ahve an older computer that i am still holding on to but could not find any store to buy the battery from. hurrah for brilliant store!!! yes, as you can tell, i am amazingly happy about this battery. don't know what the other guy is talking about but this battery does last me 3 hr and about 50 minutes. powerful thing..and cheap too.

Ordering was VERY EASY. I made a mistake on my e-mail address and (oddly enough) I still got their confirmation e-mail. Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

Still reviewing the product . Product was delivered ok , but the battery is only lasting for 2.5 hours . The original one gave me almost 3.5 hours working time .
