1. Good Price and Fast Shipping

I purchased 2 Apple MA458G/A batteries from Brilliantstore.com. The combined total with shipping was $95. Similar batteries at my local Radio Shack would have been close to $130 plus tax. I ordered on 12/31 and the batteries were in my mailbox 1/4 even over the holiday. Communications was excellent. Price was good; shipping was fast with good communications. What else could one ask for?! Highly recommended. Good for you!
2. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.

The folks at brilliantstore were very prompt with the processing my order. I have not received my Apple MA458G/A battery as of yet but that's no fault of theirs. They can't control the efficiency of USPS. I will purchase from them when ever I need something but request they use Fedex for delivery.
