1. Kudos to Brilliant Store's Customer Service

The product is fine. The real story is that Brilliant Store accidentally forgot to ship a part of my order to me. They returned my call to them within 20 minutes and immediately sent the part. They were courteous and helpful. Everyone makes mistakes at times, but the way the handled the mistake made me feel well taken care of.
