Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn"t work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.

I was a longtime online purchaser till I stumbled across brilliantstore.com on pricewatch' website. They've yet to be beat on prices. There have been times I've found they were about two or three dollars more than some one, but once you read a little further you'll see that brilliantstore includes free FEDEX shipping for items above ??50! Can't beat them. Fast delivery, order status online is accurate and real time. I'll recommend these guys to my friends.

5. Flaw but Good Price

The transaction was easy and the information accurate. Communication was good and the product arrived in a very timely manner. The product itself does not have the same quality feel as the last replacement or the original. For the cost it looks sufficient. On the whole, this company has been great. They took very good care of me.
