1. Flaw but Good Service

While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. I am extremely pleased with the response time and the level of customer service. Order was at my house within 48 hours. Thank you!
2. Powerbook g3

needed a new battery for my power book g3, so I went on amazon and these guys popped up so I went to there main web site to see what they had and to my suprise I found what I was looking for and it came with a one year warranty. Works great and comes with a great price tag.

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!
5. Excellent Service and Good Price

I have placed multiple orders with brilliantstore and have yet to have a single problem. Communications is great, shipping is fast and prices are super! I have only had to deal with RMA twice and the handling procedure was beyond comparison, no hassles at all.I'll definitely continue buying my computer building supplies with these folks.
