I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

5. 2008 MacBook Pro

I'm using the battery with a 2.4GHz Late-2008 MacBook Pro. With the 9600m GT turned off, I'd say I get about 6-7 hours on wi-fi, and about 9 hours of word processing. It'll go 4-6 hours with video depending on the quality of the video.

I had no trouble with BrilliantStore... received the battery in less than a week.

Oh, and it's cheaper if you buy it directly from BrilliantStore's website than Amazon (price is $10 more)

I got the battery for Apple 15" New Version MacBook Pro in a good deal. It performed excellently with the full charging. It lasts 4 hours and right on time for my daily classes. I'm impressed with the price and the quality

9. Two defective batteries in a row

I have received two batteries in a row that are defective. Both batteries had same problem: the charging circuit does not work. Battery arrived with 82 percent power and works in my laptop, but they will not charge up. I had to pay return shipping charges to send back the first one. Let's see if they pay for the return shipping charges for the second one. The battery looks like it is quality. Must be a quality control issue that needs to be resolved.

The problem was due to the communication code issue that lead to the battery charge not being recognized by the Apple laptop. The software code was addressed and corrected.
