1. A good store I like

Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn"t work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.

2. MacBook Battery

I know this isn't an original apple battery but a replacement. I needed a new battery really bad but didn't want to pay apple prices because i was broke at the time and tight on money.
Brilliant store saved me by having a replacement battery for my macbook for far less then what apple was charging even though this is not and OEM battery.
The battery works as advertised and works great as a Apple fan boy everything apple related has to be perfect and well made and this battery is a perfect fit and works very well.
Recommended if you need a new battery for your macbook and dont have alot of money to buy one from apple.

Although this is not a genuine Apple battery, it still works and lasts like a real apple should. These batteries are expensive when you buy it directly from the Apple but Brilliant Store has it for a fraction of the price. Their customer service is great and easy to work with. So far, I have not had any problems with this one. Thanks!

The battery works very well with the macbook pro as it says, the model number and picture are clearly the 13" aluminum macbook unibody. I bought it for Dekcell brand, and sure it's a reliable source now. Not with any other vendors, because I've been burned in the past with no-name batteries on Ebay.

The website is simple to understand and it's easy to complete the purchase, with only one extra page with other products suggestions and then it's pretty straightforward. Shipping and delivery on time, absolutely no problems with packaging and condition of the product when it was received. It works pretty well too, no problems whatsoever.

12. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.
