1. Good Laptop Accessories

I just wanted to send you guys a quick note on my experience shopping here in the last month or so. I am truley amazed at the level of detail, number of products, & customer feedback you guys have on the site. They make it really easy for a new uninformed customer to make an informed decision on products and the website is easy to navigate in. I recently made my 3rd and largest purchase last night almost $1000 in goods.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
3. Good Customer Care

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!
4. Asus 801 Battery

This battery has superb power. I bought it for my Asus 801 because the standard size battery the laptop came with just isn't powerful enough. Sometimes, the standard cell battery would only last me one hour. However, this battery now lasts me about 3 hours, maybe more (I have a lot of software I run with the computer). Great battery for the price - very inexpensive. I would recommend this place to my friends here in Chicago. Thanks!
5. Low Price and Good Product

Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can't say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.
