I was a little set back to find that there is no Saturday Fed-Ex delivery it did not specify, clearly, if at all, when I paid extra for Fed-ex next day in my shipping preferences and extra again to get the order expedited in hopes of same day. I have been charged for something, which was not delivered. I made the order at 4:50am Friday morning and my credit card was charged 5:42:01 AM PST well before their 12pm noon window.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.

This is a pretty good laptop battery replacement. I buy two batteries a year from different companies to see which ones are the best. Usually a batter will only last about a year or two. I test how long the charges last and how the battery is really built. This happends to be on my top three listing of best relacement batteries out there on the web. I would recommend this battery to anyone whos on a budget and doesnt want to pay full price of the manufactors batteries. The charge last about the same as the OEM and the quality of this battery is great. Sturdy and looks like it can last a while.

This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore's price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn't believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

I can't believe how quickly it arrived with just their "regular" shipping. The service was excellent. Received the items really fast, in fact I was going to cancel part of the order.
