1. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
2. Good Customer Care

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

The search for product on the website is kind of difficult, but I use attbi.com to compare the price on each website. 5. Extra Capacity Battery

At twice the thickness, this battery distorts the form factor of the laptop. However, the battery raises the rear of the keyboard to provide more ventilation when used on a flat surface.
It also provides clearance to the fan located on the bottom of the unit when propped against a knee.
It definitely hold a 2.5 hour charge with normal usage.
I think the value, delivery and product are excellent.
