1. Flaw but Good Price

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn"t find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.

2. Really A Brilliant Store

This store's efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn't just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store's integrity and customer concern sets them above.

Purchased item on line without any trouble. Received an e-mail stating the order was received and later a tracking number. They have fast shipping, smooth transaction, product purchased as described. No complaints, all right the first time! I rate the Satisfaction a A. Will definitely do business with them again. Thanks.

It is an excellent online store; prices are one of the lowest, Shipping &handling charges are very reasonable, delivery very fast, inventory huge- you can buy anything you need for your electronic itch. Very much satisfied with them and would recommend to anyone who likes shopping online.
