I started shopping there couple years ago and I feel that I should help those guys by writing a review. It is not that I was asked. I'm doing it because of their great service. I shopped at brilliantstore com at least five times and I have not had a bad experience once. If you live close to LA, don't ever pick 3day, 2day or next day shipping because if they ship with UPS, you will get your items the next day, so always look for the ground/free shipping.

My notebook wouldnt start at all unless it was plugged in so i decided to buy a new battery. Now my notebook works fine and everything is as it was before. Its really important to have my laptop running especially when im using it for all my business needs. You need to have your electronics in tip top shape. Thanks brilliantstore!

This store's efficiency has always been exemplary, and their customer service is helpful too. But they didn't just refund for a defective component (which was out of stock), but also credited the return shipping fee, and also offered free shipping on a similar item. Briliantstore has won my highest respect. Having worked 15 years as a systems engineer, I can state this store's integrity and customer concern sets them above.
