This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore"s price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn"t believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

3. A Good Store Sell Computer Parts

I am quite satisfied with this company. I purchased a computer's worth of loose parts from them mid-summer, and just now another batch. Both times, the service was tip-top; quickly processed, quickly delivered, no mix ups, and the cancellation process was smooth as butter, when it was required. I will definitely use this store again in the future.
4. Flaw but Good Price, A good online store

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!

I started shopping with brilliantstore two years ago, I find that they typically have the best prices on what I'm looking for and they don't jack up the price for shipping like some many vendors do. I was disappointed when they switched shipping vendors from Fed-Ex to UPS, last time I ordered Fed-Ex was still on option but was more expensive.
