1. Parts missing and damaged

When I received the EasyCap it did not have the USB 2.0 cable that is listed and te CD that has the drivers and the video editing software was damaged.
I sent an e-mail about the problems to the brilliantstore and got NO RESPONSE. After waiting for over a month I sent them a second email and am still waiting for a response.
VERY POOR product and no customer support, I DO NOT recommend purchasing this item and would not take the chance on purchasing any thing else here either!

In order to watch the world cup, I bought this Video Capture Adapter to transform the signal. First time I fixed it on Vista computer (64 Bit), it could not work. I called the customer servicer, she told me, this USB 2.0 video capture adapter is only compatible with 32bit.
So I used another computer and it work well now.
Picture is very clear.

Yea the same thing happened to me.. I'm too busy to resend it and wait almost 2 weeks again....I got that stupid little disc with the blue panda face on it and I got an error on it too but it was supposed to be Ulead so I downloaded it... but I can't get my computer to recognize the driver.. I just want to know if it really works... please as long as it works I don't care what it's called PLEASE HELP ME

THIS PIECE OF JUNK CCL-888 CAME INPLACE OF A EASY CAP
NO INSTRUCTIONS NO LABEL WHERE WAS MADE..WHAT CAN OF SCAM IS THIS... I TRIED TO LOAD THE DISK AND GOT A ERROR OUT DATED SOFTWARE... WOW WHAT A SCAM

I sent for an easycap and today recieved a piece of crap !! What the hell is this ccl-88 that i didn;t order ?Where is the manual and why don't this fake install the drivers ?What kind of con game is this company trying to pull !!There is no instructions on what to do with this garbage cap!! I ORDERED AN EASYCAP AND THATS WHAT I WANT !!THIS IS FRAUD !! I WANT SOME ANSWERS !!AND A REAL EASYCAP !!

They dont ship you an easy cap, they send you a ccl 888 which sucks
