1. Flaw but Good Reception

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

3. Good though Expensive

I ordered replacement Dell TD347 batteries for Compaq and Sony Vaio laptops and it was shipped within 48 hours. Battery actually has more capacity than rated. However the prices for the items were higher at Brilliantstore.com when compared to other websites. Plus it has FAST accurate service! Great Transaction. Look forward to more business in the future!!
