1. I like the customer service

Delivery was fast and everything arrived intact. Customer service was absolutely exceptional. I called in expecting to have to wait at least a half hour to talk to someone (as is typical for some merchants) but waited less than 5 minutes! Also, email responses were very quick and helpful. Brilliantstore will do whatever it can to please its customers.
2. Flaw but Good Service

No problem with order. Prompt shipment. Very pleased with product. Found out that FEDEX does not deliver faster than what you pay for - shipped Express Saver (3-4 day) but from tracking, it arrived locally overnight, but they held in warehouse until third day before attempting delivery. FEDEX was, however, very cooperative at arranging delivery.

I started shopping with brilliantstore two years ago, I find that they typically have the best prices on what I'm looking for and they don't jack up the price for shipping like some many vendors do. I was disappointed when they switched shipping vendors from Fed-Ex to UPS, last time I ordered Fed-Ex was still on option but was more expensive.

I was quite satisfied with my order, and my experience with your company! They had the best "bottom line" price. The web site was very easy to use and understand. No hassles. The product description and price was excellent compared to other web sites/vendors. Customer service was also very helpful via email and telephone I expected delivery in one week but I received my purchased item in one business day! I would use this vendor again! I would recommend this vendor!
