rec'd the adapter within the delivery time promised. it seems to be working the way it should. i couldn't ask for more. i'd do business with these guys again.
2. Dell Power supply.

The product is good. I have only a couple of issues. First, the length of the cord is shorter than the original. This means that I am not able to sit on my couch any longer and use the laptop. I have to sit closer to the outlet. Second, the adapter that plugs into the back of the computer is not as secure as the original. You have to make sure you are diligent about pushing it in to make sure it connects. Then you have to make sure that it stays plugged in. I am a little concerned about this only because of the history of fires with laptops and the connectors. Other than that I have been happy with the product.
