1. dell inspiron 9100 Adapter

I bought this product for my fiance who is currently on deployment in Iraq. When I received the adapter, I immediately sent it to him. He received the ac adapter today, and informed me that the adapter does not work. He will be returning the adapter to me as soon as possible, at which point I will be returning it as well.
