Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

Good product shipped same day and arrived in 3 days.
The battery itself is pretty good. The battery life is long lasting.
The quality is not bad either.

Excellent, if not the best, online store. Their main plus is SPEED. Most orders are shipped the same business day and free via Fedex Express Saver (third business day delivery). Your purchase is usually at your door before you know it.

5. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
