1. Great deal!

My original Dell battery only lasts for 1 years, and finds this replacement battery from them, it fits perfectly. I've had this for 4 months and no problems at all. Very inexpensive for a battery that still works. So far, it even lasts longer than my previous battery. Great deal!

Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can"t say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.

4. Batteries died within warranty period

My first battery died after just a few months. The replacement battery died after 7 months. I don't know if I want to continue to work with this company.

Hi guys, it works for my Dell D630 at the time I needed. It lasted for more than 2.5 hours on my trip. So far so good as these $100+ original one. Happy with it. :-)

This company is excellent. After a couple of orders, I keep going back to them. Even when I had to return an item for a replacement, the turnaround for the RMA and the replacement was faster than I expected. The not-so-intelligent individuals at the Post Office delivered it to the wrong address. The Brilliant Store was nice enough to send me another one, no questions asked.
