This store was one of only a few that had the item that I needed, and it had the lowest prices. The description said the item was in stock, and it was easy to place my order. 3. lasted 22 months, good price

I am ordering another one after buying this 22 months ago.It is dying and won't take the charge anymore, which is what happened to the original Dell battery. I have no idea how long these batteries are supposed to last, but since the Dell one costs 3 times as much, I feel this is still a bargain.

4. Dell Latitude 620 laptop battery

Physically, this item is nearly identical to the Dell branded battery. There are no quality issues at all. It does have the battery meter on the bottom, just like the original one. Since my Dell unit crapped out after 18mo, I can't do any side by side comparisons, but I think the original unit had a bit more capacity. I recall getting 4 hours on my D620 running Fedora Linux (thought that was for maybe the first couple months). This unit is maybe 3-3.5 but again, I haven't really done any scientific tests. It could be that I'm just harder on the battery now than I was then. Either way, it's a steal at roughly 1/3 the cost of the Dell unit.

5. Looks more like a Gun

I got this battery from BrilliantStore.com after talking to the customer care person for a bit. I was skeptical due to the the extended structure of this battery that projects out from the regular standard form. It houses the extra cell which makes this a 7200mAh (9-Cell) capacity battery. Convinced that the 30 day return policy is real than fiction, I purchased it to give it a try. After trying it, I grew accustom to the extended structure in the back, since it is snuggled across the entire back part of my laptop, it acted as a stand preventing my laptop from accidentally tip (top) over.

This store has fantastic products and fantastic prices. I have become, over the years, very happy with the customer service as well. I don't think there is any other organization with better customer service. And few times that there have been issues I received excellent customer service; I will continue to buy products from them and recommend them to others.

7. Flaw but Good Price

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.
