1. Low Price and Good Product

Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can"t say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.
2. Flaw but Good Service

There was a problem with ship charges too high on this order. Their staff resolved completely and swiftly. I'm not an extremely frequent or large quantity buyer, but with rare exception, it's only place I go to. This group has set a whole new standard for online marketing.

I am quite satisfied with this company. I purchased a computer's worth of loose parts from them mid-summer, and just now another batch. Both times, the service was tip-top; quickly processed, quickly delivered, no mix ups, and the cancellation process was smooth as butter, when it was required.
