I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

4. Flaw but Good Price, A good online store

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!
