You can"t go wrong with this store anyway. They have an unbelievable selection of computer products at great prices. Great customer reviews from people that know what they"re talking about. They ship your order out almost immediately. I ordered so it would arrive on the same day that the rest of my order did (some was coming from CA and some from NJ). Pretty good service if you ask me!

It is an excellent online store; prices are one of the lowest, Shipping &handling charges are very reasonable, delivery very fast, inventory huge- you can buy anything you need for your electronic itch. Very much satisfied with them and would recommend to anyone who likes shopping online.

3. Battery is a work of sculture

I marvel at this battery's form structure, how many lines, curved indentation, high elevation and alignment/tracking requirement for the terminal. The person who designed the plastic molding for this battery must have a good set of tools or eyes to get it right. I bought an off-brand from another online retailer and the battery never fit right. I was an unbeliever of purchasing another replacement battery instead of an OEM. But the price of an OEM battery steered me right back to the replacement one. The gal at BrilliantStore.com talked me into giving another try, but this time, it's a DekCell brand. It is supposed to be the elite brand in the industry with the highest quality. With 30 Day return for refund policy, I can not lose. After snapping the battery into my laptop for the first time, I was convinced that it was an OEM battery, just tagged with an unbeatable price. They sure made a believer out of me. I am going to keep this battery, for a long time.

4. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !

5. Flaw but Good Price

The transaction was easy and the information accurate. Communication was good and the product arrived in a very timely manner. The product itself does not have the same quality feel as the last replacement or the original. For the cost it looks sufficient. On the whole, this company has been great. They took very good care of me.
