This was a fantastic on-line shopping experience! Brilliantstore's price was the lowest, including their shipping honest charges, unlike other companies that offer a low come-on price and then rip you off with a $10 "shipping and handling charge". I couldn't believe that after placing my order in the morning, with normal 3-day UPS shipping and being informed that the item would be shipped in 24-48 hours, I actually received it the next afternoon!!! The communication from this company was outstanding as well - and it even arrived before they said it would. Thank you for your service!

3. Flaw but Good Service

No problem with order. Prompt shipment. Very pleased with product. Found out that FEDEX does not deliver faster than what you pay for - shipped Express Saver (3-4 day) but from tracking, it arrived locally overnight, but they held in warehouse until third day before attempting delivery. FEDEX was, however, very cooperative at arranging delivery.

It was a pleasant surprise to jump from a dead battery to this high capacity battery It exceeded my expectation to have 5+ hours of battery life thus far. My old Dell XPS was on its last period, until my grandmom wanted to take a look. I told her that she can watch old movies on the laptop. So, this old Dell found a 2nd life.The price here is remarkable too.

You can't go wrong with this store anyway. They have an unbelievable selection of computer products at great prices. Great customer reviews from people that know what they're talking about. They ship your order out almost immediately. I ordered so it would arrive on the same day that the rest of my order did (some was coming from CA and some from NJ). Pretty good service if you ask me!
