I have placed multiple orders with brilliantstore and have yet to have a single problem. Communications is great, shipping is fast and prices are super! I have only had to deal with RMA twice and the handling procedure was beyond comparison, no hassles at all.I'll definitely continue buying my computer building supplies with these folks.

3. Customer Service is Great, the Battery is another story

Maybe I have a fluke battery, but the first one did not charge the seconded one charged, after much trail, but after changing and discharging once, will not charge again. They say third time is a charm so we will see, I will let you know. Has anyone else had this problem?

5. Three Times and it's gone

The battery was great for the three times I charged it as advised on the directions. Wouldn't charge after that. Checked my BIOS and AC cord for problems but to no avail.

Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn't work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.

Brilliantstore is not just a place to buy computer parts. I ordered some camera accessories last Monday night. Everything was shipped out the very next day and arrived three days later.
