1. Fast Shipping and Good Service

i received my first replacement battery today it looked fatter than my original, but i figured out why, since it's a higher capacity battery, duh ..it needs the space for em cells. called customer service, and they said the same thing.

This company is excellent. After a couple of orders, I keep going back to them. Even when I had to return an item for a replacement, the turnaround for the RMA and the replacement was faster than I expected. The not-so-intelligent individuals at the Post Office delivered it to the wrong address. The Brilliant Store was nice enough to send me another one, no questions asked. I could truly not ask for a better company with better customer service. Thank you, Thank you!!
5. Flaw but Good Service

I bought parts over time for a new PC I was building everything came at least 1 day less than expected. All parts but one was in good shape. The case was damaged in shipping. I got it turned around in a week and had plenty of help from customer service. I will continue to use this store for my computer needs. Thanks !
