While USPS showed our battery was delivered, we did not receive the shipment. When I emailed briliantstore.com, I received a response immediately and the problem was very quickly rectified. You can't go wrong with this store anyway. They have an unbelievable selection of computer products at great prices. Great customer reviews from people that know what they're talking about. They ship your order out almost immediately. I ordered so it would arrive on the same day that the rest of my order did (some was coming from CA and some from NJ). Pretty good service if you ask me!
