1. Low Price and Good Product

Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can"t say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.

3. My IT said it is the battery

My Latitude E5400 has been performing marvelously on the job or on a sales presentation, but it started acting up 2 months ago with a few unexpected shutdown. My IT guy said it was the battery.I could not make it happen while in the office. He tried. He eventually gave me this battery to try out. I originally got the 4 cells battery. This battery I got from him has the same 4800mAh capacity, but it seems to last longer and I don't have to worry about keeping my presentation down to an hour. So, I just purchased this same battery for friend. Great price. The IT guy told me about Brilliantstore.com

4. Good Customer Care

Have done business twice with this vendor. First time was ordering the W.D. Raptor 150GB HD. Ordered drive at 9am in the morning and received confirmation e-mail immediately. At 11pm I received email with UPS tracking #. The package arrived the NEXT DAY just after 12 noon. I was expecting at least the 3-day wait (I chose the free 3-day shipping option). I live in Las Vegas and the warehouse is apparently in California somewhere, which helped I am sure. Needless to say, I was pretty happy with them. They have me for a return customer!!

5. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.
