1. A good store I like

Usually with online stores you have to jump through hoops to return something if it doesn"t work, but these guys are very quick and responsive. To me that makes a big difference. One of the key advantages a store has over an online store is that you can take stuff back easily.

The transaction was easy and the information accurate. Communication was good and the product arrived in a very timely manner. The product itself does not have the same quality feel as the last replacement or the original. For the cost it looks sufficient. On the whole, this company has been great.
