1. Great keyboard value

The keyboard was as good, if not better than the original keyboard. My only complaint was that shipping was done thru USPS which is slower than UPS ground.

5. Keyboard Replacement

My Dell keyboard got wet/sticky from a lemmaide spill from one of my children. My first reaction was to send it back to Dell to have it replaced. I found it difficult to order replacement parts directly through Dell. I did a quick search and found Brilliant Store. I ordered the replacement part and it was delivered on-time, triple wrapped in plastic bubble wrap. I will definitely use Brilliant Store for my needs in the future.
