A very smooth and efficient transaction: a Sunday afternoon order resulted in a Monday morning dispatch and receipt of the product (by regular "free" shipping) by Tuesday afternoon. At the best price on the Internet, also. And I was kept informed accurately of the progress of my order throughout.

I purchased a high capacity laptop battery that Brilliant Store recommends. This is a trustable store!!! Great customer service!!! Quick response if having any question! The product came on time. This is a second item that I ordered at this store. I'm totally happy with! I will come back with more items if this store has a better price to compare with others. Its informative site that helped me choose from a variety of batteries. The price is great too. I wish more on-line companies offer recommendations to help customers select products because many of us need expert advice.

3. Flaw but Good Price

I was very happy with my experience with Brilliant. I will be shopping more from them. You had the product I needed. I couldn't find it anywhere locally. And they had the best price for this item although handling and shipping cost was higher than anywhere else ($40 may have been realistic since the item weighed 35 lbs, but it seemed high). Bottom line though was that the overall cost was still the lowest that I found.

I have placed multiple orders with brilliantstore and have yet to have a single problem. Communications is great, shipping is fast and prices are super! I have only had to deal with RMA twice and the handling procedure was beyond comparison, no hassles at all.I'll definitely continue buying my computer building supplies with these folks.
