I keep coming back to brilliantstore.com because the site is easy to get around on and it is easy to get to the part that I need for the specific model I have. Furthermore, they always seem to have what I need and at the best price! Very timely manner as which item was shipped out. Item was securely wrapped for shipping. Prices are almost always near the lowest end. Combine it with the speed and free or near free shipping, and it makes for almost the best combination. I never needed customer service, so can't say much about that. The website is excellent, stuff is easy to find and order, specs are right there, no misleading info anywhere. Everything is spelled out for you. You can even post and read reviews of the products they carry.

3. Uniwill N755

My laptop is old and I didn't think that I would be able to buy a replacement battery for it. I searched everywhere online.. from private parties to merchants on Ebay. I finally found this store that sells the battery for a really good price. My Uniwill N755 original battery only lasts 30-45 minutes now, but this new battery now gives me about 2 hours. Thanks!

5. Flaw but Good Price, A good online store

I have to say it has good prices, fair shipping. While tracking interface needs to be better. I was never able to get tracking information from link provided. Always got message "tracking information unavailable at this time, try again later", which I did, and got the same message - even from different computers. Anyway no complaints on the product and service! Easy to use website, great response via the phone (question about my shipping address), and product was just what I wanted and got here quickly. Thanks!
