I wanted to purchase a spare Gateway Solo 5300cl battery for my laptop computer. And I think it may be found in Brilliant Store, because I had ever purchased one laptop battery from this site. I found it sold many other batteries, including laptop batteries, MP3 batteries, PDA batteries etc. But this time I didn"t find the Gateway Solo 5300cl battery. I contacted the service reception, she told me she could help me to order it from manufacturer now and it will arrive at my home in two days. After two days, it really arrived at home. The price is reasonable. Brilliant store is a good E-commerce site.

4. Good but need betterment

The website had some conflicting data on Gateway Solo 5300cl replacement batteries, ordered wrong one, had to ship back. They were quick to respond and accommodating but still cost me some money. They were in my opinion partially at fault due to confusing product descriptions. Though, good service on my return, fast, reliable service and delivery. 50% price of brand merchandise for quality of the same.
