1. excellent service and fast shipping

Product was promptly delivered and has performed to expectations. This is the fourth order from Brilliant Store. Again they have provided excellent service and quick shipping. I am very satisfied! I have had a total of two Gateway Solo 5350 batteries arrive DOA. But a quick call had replacements on the way next day air with return shipping paid. The order arrived in pristine condition & record time (even with standard shipping).
2. Flaw but Good Reception

I received my orders in 2 days. However, there were 2 items which should be included were missing. I sent an email to the customer service and got a quick response. I received the missing items in two day. The help of customer service was greatly appreciated.

I think this store is a great place to shop. Their price was below every other site I checked for the same case. Their e-mail replies were quick, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this place and had just placed a 2nd order for a new Gateway Solo 5350 battery and a keyboard, all for great prices and they just got here yesterday. I am extremely happy with these people and will be ordering again from them in the near future.

I had purchased a few things from this site. So far, so good. I just purchased a Gateway Solo 5350 battery for my laptop computer, so hopefully, it will work. They haven't let me down yet, so I hope I can continue buying from them.
