I just wanted to send you guys a quick note on my experience shopping here in the last month or so. I am truley amazed at the level of detail, number of products, & customer feedback you guys have on the site. They make it really easy for a new uninformed customer to make an informed decision on products and the website is easy to navigate in. I recently made my 3rd and largest purchase last night almost $1000 in goods.

These guys are excellent. Each and every order I have placed has been delivered quickly and accurate. I find here to have the best prices, they're not always the lowest but when you figure s&h they usually are. The one time I did return an item, it was handled fast and my exchange was received the same week! Their customer service is excellent, prices very good. This is one of the few on line retailers that I use as a price standard and I have been so impressed with there service that I almost always buy from them.

3. Flaw but Good Service

There was a problem with ship charges too high on this order. Their staff resolved completely and swiftly. I'm not an extremely frequent or large quantity buyer, but with rare exception, it's only place I go to. This group has set a whole new standard for online marketing.

4. Good Customer Service

You can't go wrong with this store anyway. They have an unbelievable selection of computer products at great prices. Great customer reviews from people that know what they're talking about. They ship your order out almost immediately. I ordered so it would arrive on the same day that the rest of my order did (some was coming from CA and some from NJ). Pretty good service if you ask me!
