I purchased a high capacity laptop battery that Brilliant Store recommends. This is a trustable store!!! Great customer service!!! Quick response if having any question! The product came on time. This is a second item that I ordered at this store. I"m totally happy with! I will come back with more items if this store has a better price to compare with others. Its informative site that helped me choose from a variety of batteries. The price is great too. I wish more on-line companies offer recommendations to help customers select products because many of us need expert advice.

2. Flaw but Good Service

The package box was partially broken when arrived. The batteries were in good condition. The one battery was missing. Called the customer service - she was very friendly and this battery arrived in a couple of days. Overall, it has excellent Service and Shipping as two batteries out of five totally arrive DOA. Customer service was excellent and replacement batteries arrived overnight. By the way, I think the ability to track the order status would be beneficial as opposed to just getting the email from the shipping company. Just a suggestion. Thank you for this.

Have found what I was looking for and was not raked over the coals on the price and it was the right part. Just a great transaction, it was delivered very promptly and arrived and functioning great. I will look to them again next time I need parts.
