1. Flaw but Timely Shipment

I liked the customer service, but it took a little longer than expected to receive my HP F2024-80001 battery. I received a notice that it was on backorder and the shipment would be delayed. Anyway, I received the shipment in good condition. The locating of the product online was easy and straight forward. The costs of shipping and handling were reasonable as was the duration of the shipping itself. When I installed the product it did present some warnings as to the quality of the product but after using it a couple of times the warning was dismissed and the product was to be found in good working order. For the whole thing, they offered excellent customer support, no stupid question, simply ask, I"m happy and be back.

Great store! Unfortunately I had to return my item and they were very quick to respond. As they made an effort to find the correct item. Refund was prompt. I would definitely order from them again. Even though I ordered a HP F2024-80001 battery and an AC adapter for my 4 year old laptop. The product arrived on time. It was what it said on the website and it works. What more can I ask except to order similar products direct from manufacturer and pay 3k as much? And what if it fails in 3 years instead of 4at that price? who cares?The laptop will be in the trash by then anyway.
